Car Rental Terms and Conditions

Please review carefully before booking
1. Age and Driving Experience
  • Minimum driver’s age: 21 years
  • Minimum driving experience: 1 year
  • Maximum renter’s age: 75 years (provided there are no medical contraindications to driving a motor vehicle)
2. Documents Required for Rental
To sign the rental agreement, the client must provide:
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Passport or ID card
  • A bank card (Visa or MasterCard) in the renter’s name for the deposit
3. Deposit and Payment
A deposit of €150–500 (depending on the car class) is required upon pick-up
  • The deposit is refunded immediately after the car is returned
  • Rental payment can be made by credit or debit card
4. Insurance
Mandatory third-party liability insurance is included in the rental price
  • Insurance is not valid in cases of contract violations or driving under the influence
5. Additional Services
  • Child seat and booster are available for an additional fee
6. Vehicle Usage Conditions
  • The car is provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • It is forbidden to hand over the car to third parties without the company’s approval
  • The renter is responsible for any fines received during the rental period
